Aguavida Premium Water
Home & Office Delivery Service Agreement
Effective July 1, 2025 | Governing Law: State of California
Please read this Service Agreement carefully before placing your first order. By accepting delivery of Aguavida Premium Water products and/or services, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth below. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
"Customer," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or company identified at signup. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Aguavida Premium Water and its representatives.
By accepting this Agreement, you authorize Aguavida to deliver products to each location you provide at signup and any locations added later. You authorize our personnel to enter these locations solely to complete installation, delivery, and pick-up.
Note: For health, safety, and liability reasons, drivers are not permitted to place bottles directly into water containers, crocks, dispensers, or any other equipment. Customers are responsible for handling and placing bottles into their equipment after delivery.
First delivery is made as soon as possible according to your specifications and our availability. We will inform you of your upcoming delivery no less than one (1) business day in advance. After the first delivery, an Aguavida representative will provide you with a complete schedule of future delivery dates. Dates are subject to change; customers will be notified of any changes.
Customers do NOT need to be present at the time of delivery unless an installation was previously requested. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any additional instructions (e.g., side gate, do not knock, lobby, etc.).
Orders outside our standard delivery area are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Please refer to our delivery map at aguavidapremium.com for coverage details.
Aguavida operates on a recurring delivery and billing model. Before your account is activated, we will clearly present the automatic renewal terms, including billing frequency, the amount charged, and how to cancel and obtain your express affirmative consent to these terms as required by California's Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code ยง 17600 et seq.).
Aguavida does not store credit card information. Customers will be notified by email of any failed transactions and must update their payment method within 30 days of the first failed charge attempt. After 30 days, a $5.00 late payment fee will be added to the account balance. Accounts with one unpaid billing cycle will be placed on hold and no deliveries will be made until the balance is resolved.
A refundable deposit fee is charged for every 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottle included in your original order and any bottles added thereafter. Deposit amounts vary by bottle size and material.
Note: Glass bottles require extra care. Always lift from the neck and bottom never from the cap.
To request a change or cancellation before delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Allow 3โ5 business days for refunds to be credited back to your payment method on file.
Once delivery has been made, Aguavida cannot accept back any bottles unused, used, sealed, unsealed, or partially consumed for a refund. Unwanted bottles must still be returned to Aguavida; however, no credit will be issued for returned post-delivery bottles.
All refund claims must be submitted within six (6) months of the original charge. Customers will receive an email confirming their refund. Refunds will appear in your account within 5โ7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
